At HIF, we value keeping our members' information private and safe. To make sure it stays protected, we use various tools to track how well our internal and external online security is working.

We want to encourage all our members, healthcare providers, and the larger community to let us know if they think something might be wrong. If you think there's a problem with online security or if something seems suspicious, you can tell us about it by filling out the form below.

Our Cyber Security team will review the concerns you share, and we will make sure to keep your information private. We will only share your information when we are authorised, or required by law, to disclose the information.
