Prior to 17 August 2022, HIF Travel Insurance was issued by Cover-More Insurance Services Pty Ltd (ABN 95 003 114 145, AFSL 241713) on behalf of the product issuer, Zurich Australian Insurance Limited (ABN 13 000 296 640, AFSL 232507).
Claim with Allianz Global Assistance
For policies issued on or after 17 August 2022
For policies that are issued on or after 17 August 2022, you can make a claim or check the status of an existing claim in the Claims Portal.

From 17 August 2022, Health Insurance Fund of Australia Limited ACN 128 302 161 AR 1250504 (HIF) arranges this insurance as authorised representative for AWP Australia Pty Ltd ABN 52 097 227 177 AFSL 245631 trading as Allianz Global Assistance (AGA). AGA issues and manages travel insurance as agent for the insurer Allianz Australia Insurance Limited ABN 15 000 122 850 AFSL 234708 (Allianz). HIF, Allianz and AGA do not provide any advice on this insurance based on any consideration of your objectives, financial situation or needs.
