This week HIF’s Executives hit a milestone, with the entire leadership team now fully vaccinated.
With what’s occurred in New South Wales and Victoria this year, HIF’s leadership team made a decision to lead by example, in the hope of inspiring others in the workplace to also become vaccinated.
Justin James said that although the HIF executive team have made this collective decision, it's important to value choice as we do with our members and allow our staff to have the freedom to choose to get vaccinated, unless it's made mandatory by the WA State Government.
“At HIF we value choice, and vaccinations are no exception, we encourage our staff to make this decision on their own and will support them to do so during work hours, “James said.
