HIF has partnered with Australian digital health company, Mindset Health, to provide members with access to evidence based, clinically validated hypnotherapy programs.
The suite of digital products will allow HIF members to access ‘self-guided’ digital hypnotherapy sessions to support the management of conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), menopause symptoms, smoking cessation, anxiety, depression and chronic low back pain.
Nikesh Hirani, HIF Chief Data and Proposition Officer, said “HIF is excited to formally enter a partnership with Mindset Health for our members. We have been offering access to Mindset Health’s digital suite for our staff since 2023, with steady uptake.
“After analysis of our member claim data, we concluded that over a fifth of our membership suffer from conditions where Mindset Health’s offering could potentially be of benefit. This partnership presents tangible value for our members via a digital-first, clinically validated, and patient-centric approach to modern healthcare.”
The programs will be available for all HIF members1 on eligible levels of cover from today, only via HIF’s Online Member Centre. Access to Mindset Health’s suite of digital programs2 will be granted for 12 months to allow for program completion and follow up as needed. The programs include:
- Claria – Anxiety and depression management
- Evia – Menopause symptom management
- Finito – Smoking cessation
- Nerva – IBS symptom management
- Relio – Chronic low back pain management
