2. Then there’s our Mobile App
Like our Online Member Centre, our mobile app makes managing and updating your membership 24/7 easy, with a whole heap of functions and options at your fingertips, including making and tracking claims.

If you have an Android mobile, you can submit Extras claims instantly. Simply use the Tap and Claim functionality when you visit your healthcare provider. Got an Apple phone? Answer a few questions via our in-app claim form, take a quick photo of your claim receipt and you’re done. Quick, easy and secure.
